Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically refined interior solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The role involves concept development, design coordination, and support through execution to ensure design intent is delivered on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, space planning, and mood boards aligned with client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and material specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors during execution
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures in line with project budgets
- Review shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups for approval
- Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality compliance
- Manage design revisions and client feedback efficiently
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or contracting projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
